In a day when artificial intelligence writes much of the information on the internet, it is nice to hear from a real human (with a real full time job and real chafing) about how to balance life and training and nutrition. We’ve been there. We don’t always have the answers but we can show you how to dig deep and find your own.

the why.

I used to be a bedside nurse and it nearly stole my sanity. I started this blog as a passion project to help the souls who are dying a slow corporate death bring a sense of wild back into their life. Our mission is to build hybrid athletes who are fit for any adventure they choose.
